Oral posture is one of the most important environmental factor in early orthodontic or orthopedic treatment, because good oral posture draws hereditary facial growth potential to the maximum. In adult cases with multi-bracket system, it is also the key for smooth active procedure and the postoperative dentition stability.
The static dynamic balance such as breathing, deglutition, and postural relation of lip-cheek-tongue has been recognized in the history of the orthodontic clinic for more than 100 years. These environmental factors would converge to the concept of “Oral posture”.
The people out of the member please participate willingly, too.
